Privacy policy
Skyline Escapes is a travel planning service operated by Skyline Co. This page explains what we collect when you enquire about a trip or browse this site, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you fill in our enquiry form or a sign up form, you give us the information you type into it. That can include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Where you are travelling from and where you would like to go
- Your travel dates, the number of people travelling, and the budget range you select
- Anything else you choose to tell us in the open questions
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers or passport details through this website. When a booking needs those, we collect them through the travel supplier's own secure system, not by email or through this site.
How we use it
To reply to you, to plan and book the trip you asked about, and to keep in touch about your travel. If you join a waiting list or ask for a guide, we use your email to send you that guide and occasional notes about new ones. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone except the travel suppliers needed to make your booking happen, such as a hotel or a tour operator, and only the details that booking requires.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. It sets cookies and records things like the pages viewed, the approximate region you are in, and the type of device you use. It does not tell us who you are.
We also advertise through Google Ads, which may use cookies to measure whether an ad led to an enquiry. You can control how Google uses this at myadcenter.google.com, and you can read Google's own policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you would rather not be measured at all, most browsers let you block cookies, and browser extensions can block analytics entirely. The site works normally either way.
Who else handles your information

- Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs
- Google provides our analytics and advertising
Each holds your information only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email and planning records for as long as we might reasonably work together, and afterwards as a record of trips we have arranged. Ask us to delete yours and we will, apart from anything we have to keep for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to hello@skylineco.io and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. We do collect the number of children travelling when you tell us, because a family trip needs it, but we do not collect their details here.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
